Summer High School Program

The Summer High School program is designed for students entering grades 11 or 12 in 2017.
Classes will be held on the following dates:
Dates: 9 - 13 January 2017
Times: 9:00 am – 12:30pm (Monday to Thursday); 9:00am - 3:00pm (Friday)
Rooms: Please check web one week prior to start
On Friday, a special lunch will be provided along with activities in the afternoon.
These courses are suitable for students in the Senior phase of learning who wish to enrich their knowledge of the language and culture they are currently studying and practise their language skills over the long Summer holidays. These courses are taught by teachers with native proficiency. They have a focus on enhancing fluency and accuracy of expression. Their content is based on themes and topics specified in the Qld Curriculum & Assessment Authority (QCAA) Senior Syllabus and in the International Baccalaureate program (IB).

Withdrawal Prior to Course Commencement:
This incurs an administration fee of $30 per course when a student withdraws prior to course commencement.
Please choose carefully. Under Australian Consumer Law, after the course has commenced we are not required to provide a refund if you have a change in circumstances or make a wrong selection. Refund requests must be made in writing to the Director. There is a $30 refund charge. If IML cancels a course then a full refund will be offered. Fees are not transferable to another student or to the next year.
