The University of Queensland Institute of Modern Languages (UQ IML) is pleased to offer a 5-day immersive school holiday language program in April and September of 2025.
This program is suitable for students who have not had the chance to experience language learning, or who are wanting to learn an alternative language to what is available to them at school.
Students will have the opportunity to learn from experienced UQ IML tutors in an online setting.
Program details:
- Dates: 7 April - 11 April 2025 as well as 22 September -26 September 2025
- Years: 7-8
- Languages on offer: French, German, Japanese, Spanish
- Delivery mode: Online (via Zoom)
- Day & Time: Mon-Fri, 9am- 10:30am
- Sessions run for a duration of 1hr30min daily over 5 consecutive days
- Eligibility: Queensland high school students
- Cost: $220 per student (price inclusive of GST)

This UQ Image & Photography Waiver Form relates to the 2025 UQ IML Beginner Bootcamp Language Program.
Occasionally, UQ IML takes photographs or records images to promote its IML programs. These materials may be used in newsletters, on its website, social media, and various other media for advertising, marketing, presentations, and publications.
UQ IML requires written consent before using or disclosing an individual's personal information or materials in a public forum. If you decide to do so The Waiver Form grants consent for personal information and a license for materials to be published online or in other public forums.
