Languages offered
Virtually any language course can be customised and designed to meet your specific needs at the venue and time that suits you best. In order to bring to fruition the benefits of customised language learning, a minimum of 10 sessions are recommended and a session length of one and a half to two hours seems to work best, but this is flexible.
Needs analysis
For individuals and couples, the tutor will undertake a needs analysis at the first session to find out what you would like to learn and what you already know. A course will then be planned which meets your needs. This can also be done by phone or email prior to the first session.

Rates
Language courses can be designed and customised to meet your specific needs at a venue and time that best suits you.

Payment
A range of payment methods are available. Fees are payable in advance and your course will commence on receipt of payment. Please contact IML on (07) 3346 8200 to complete your payment or come to the office in the Joyce Ackroyd Building at the UQ St Lucia campus.
Venue
The University of Queensland St Lucia Campus is an ideal environment for language tuition. However, if you prefer an alternative venue, such as your workplace or online via Zoom, that can easily be arranged.
Class cancellation
If you are unable to attend a class, 12 hours notice is required or the full fee will be charged for that class. Alternatively, if the tutor is unable to attend you will be contacted immediately and a replacement class will be organised or a refund given.
